If one day you find that you've fallen and you're unable to get up, hopefully Illana Poley won't be first up on your speed dial.

Not to suggest that this Harvard graduate wouldn't lend a hand. Rather, it's going to dredge up some not-so-treasured memories for her of summer jobs handling calls for the "I've-fallen-and-I-can't-get-up" set.

While startling seniors with phone calls during "Matlock" was not the best fit for Illana, her time at SE2 has proven to be successful for everyone concerned. As one of several Colorado natives working at SE2, Illana was anxious to leave the hectic pace of the East Coast behind and return home to where there was actual sunshine.

Boston's loss was SE2's gain. With a degree in Government, experience running an after-school program, political campaign work and a background auditing state programs, Illana packs a punch when it comes to tackling issues.

But, wait, there's more!

Illana is trying her hand at screenwriting, too. The wisdom in the motion picture business is to write what you know. And considering the paths Illana has been down, there's a lot to write about. Telemarketing the elderly anyone?
